Now is an ideal time if you’re a business owner to give your SWOT a review – or do one for the first time and prepare yourself for success post COVID-19 and the year ahead.

A SWOT analysis gives you an organised list of the greatest strengths and weaknesses of you and your business and the opportunities and threats of the market you compete in.

Once completed you develop your core business strategies by matching your key strengths to the market opportunities and address any weaknesses that could be taken advantage of by market threats. Then expand your key strategies into actionable steps and you’re on your way to hitting the profit targets you need for success.
