Now is a great time of the year to take stock of what did and didn’t work for you and your business in 2020. Here’s a quick guide to help you rejuvenate your strategies for 2021.

Firstly review what’s happened:
– undertake a comprehensive survey of what problems impeded your progress and what worked well but can be improved.
– ask your staff/team or associates and even clients or suppliers to be candid and honest with you when answering the questions
– consider the 5 top problems and the 5 top areas for improvement
– then decide which ones work into your mission and vision and prune them from the list if they don’t, and develop them if they do.

Now create a list of what needs changing and engineer strategies to effect those changes within your Business Plan for 2021.
